1. Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booked styling service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the notice period:
- More than 14 days before event: Full refund or rescheduling available
- 7-14 days before event: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
2. Changes to Services
We understand that event plans can change. We are happy to discuss modifications to styling services when possible. Changes requested less than 7 days before the event may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on the scope of changes.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability and may require adjustments to the styling plan based on the new date and venue.
4. Our Right to Cancel
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a service. If this occurs, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.
6. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Partial Services
If we are unable to complete all agreed styling services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a partial refund proportional to the services not delivered.

10. Deposit Policy
Deposits paid to secure bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event date, in which case a partial refund may be available as outlined in our cancellation terms.
11. Service Modifications
Minor modifications to styling services can often be accommodated. Significant changes requested close to the event date may incur additional charges or may not be possible due to time constraints. We will discuss any additional costs before making changes.
12. Weather-Related Cancellations
For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect service delivery. We will work with you to find alternative arrangements when possible. If cancellation is necessary due to severe weather, refund policies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the value of the styling services provided. We are not responsible for damages to client property, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect the event.
14. Documentation
All cancellations and modifications should be confirmed in writing via email. Verbal cancellations should be followed up with written confirmation to ensure proper processing.
15. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective for bookings made after the policy update. Clients with existing bookings will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
